The Centre office is open from 8am - 4.30pm on Monday; 8am-4pm on Tuesday and Wednesday; 9am - 5pm on Thursday; and 9am - 4pm on Friday. An answerphone facility is available outside office hours.

The Centre offers the following services:
  • Psychological assessments by chartered psychologists for children and adults
  • Diagnostic assessments (by a specially trained teacher) for children and adults
  • Work-based consultations for employees
  • Examination Access Arrangements
  • Group screening for schools and colleges
  • Specialist multisensory tuition in literacy and numeracy for children
  • Specialist multisensory tuition in literacy and numeracy for adults
  • Study skills for students of all ages
  • Awareness sessions for educational, industrial and commercial organisations
  • A range of home support packages for parents
  • Free Surgeries and Advice Clinics
  • Advice about dyslexia
  • Awareness courses for teachers, parents and other interested people
  • Screening for children and adults
  • Free half-hour consultations to discuss difficulties and/or psychological reports
  • Diagnostic assessments for Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome (Mears-Irler)
