The Tonbridge Centre was established in 1986. It currently has approximately 100 students.

The Centre office is open on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm.

The Centre offers the following services:

• Psychological assessments by chartered psychologists for children and adults
• Educational assessments (by a specially trained teacher) for children and adults
• Screening and Educational Consultations for schools, colleges and other institutions
• Specialist multisensory tuition in literacy and numeracy for children
• Specialist adult tuition
• Study skills for students of all ages
• Study skills and spelling courses for teenagers and adults
• Awareness talks and INSET for schools, colleges and employers
• Maths tuition
• Holiday courses
• Specialists in Early Years tuition
• Parents' Awareness courses

A range of awareness courses for teachers, teaching assistants and parents have been scheduled for November and December 2008. Please contact the office for further details.
